Shipping policy

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Every order is sent with Royal Mail and comes with tracking.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.75. Usually arrives in 3–5 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.80. Usually arrives in 2–3 working days.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order is on its way, we will email you a Royal Mail tracking number. Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed; they may be longer during busy periods and bank holidays.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it with Royal Mail.

Returns

If something is not right, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving the return.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it, including postage.
